We have a 30-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
Returns must meet certain conditions: your item must be in the same condition as when received, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, you can contact us via xhservice@niumo1.com or through the chat feature in the bottom right corner of our website. Please note that returned items must be shipped to the return address we provide to you.
If we accept your return, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the package. We do not accept items returned without prior authorization.

Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess and resolve the issue.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (e.g., cosmetics). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.
We regret that we cannot accept returns for promotional items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item and make a new purchase once the return is accepted.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the item was shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel your order or return the item within 14 days without giving a reason. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition as when received, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned item to confirm whether a refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may also require some time to process and post the refund.
